With 25 years of experience in data processing and particularly marketing data, Mediapost Hit Mail uses its own data libraries built over the years, Date Curate (”Clean Data”), its own address-normalization solution and other complex solutions especially built for the data processing.

We have 22 years experience in:

– Construction/profiling of B2B databases based on complex criteria (domain of activity, financial data) and a required list of fields. In addition to public information sources, we use our call center;

– Managing all types of consumer databases. Evidence of personal data processing acceptance, print or electronic, are professionally archived and can be retrieved whithin days or hours;

– Data correction, standardization and enrichement with the missing information – with Date Curate (”Clean Data”);

– Processing and sorting of postal addresses for the purpose of preparation for mailing in Romania, Bulgaria, France and Italy.

Data Digitization

Optical Character Recognition (OCR) of hand-filled materials;
Data entry using our customized and optimized interfaces;
Data validation. Most of the data is validated during data entry process by verifying
information in the data libraries;
Data is standardized and deduplicated according to the agreed criteria.
